What is Cash and Nico?

Cash and Nico is an animated Minecraft roleplay channel in the same mold as Maizen. It follows two friends through formulaic adventure and prank plots aimed at kids under ten, on a near-daily schedule.

Is Cash and Nico appropriate for kids?

The content is clean, with cartoon peril at most. The considerations mirror Maizen: an endless near-daily episode supply designed for chain viewing, and a swarm of copycat channels reusing the characters with worse judgment and darker themes. Kids rarely distinguish the real channels from the imitators, and the duo splits output across separate Cash and Nico channels, so one block is rarely enough.

Whether that fits your child is your call. If you decide to block the channel, here is how.

Block Cash and Nico with Vidward

  1. 1
Create your free Vidward account. The trial runs 7 days with no credit card.
  2. 2
Add your child in the dashboard and link their computer by typing the one-time code into the Vidward extension in their browser.
  3. 3
Open your child's Filters tab, search for Cash and Nico and block the channel.
  4. 4
Done. Cash and Nico disappears from search, the home feed, recommendations and direct links in their browser, and every change you make syncs to their device.

Does YouTube have a built-in way to block a channel?

Not really. YouTube's "Don't recommend channel" option only trims the home feed. Cash and Nico still shows up in search results, in Shorts and through direct links, and your child can undo the setting in two clicks. Restricted Mode filters some mature content but cannot target a specific channel. That gap is exactly what Vidward covers.
